La Vie, JBR: Beachside Home Away from Home

Positive: Location, gym & beach access Negative: The apartment is a middle unit, so two neighboring balconies have a clear view inside, compromising privacy. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, which led us to leave two days earlier. Unfortunately, the value for money is very poor, and the host didn’t refund even one night, despite my request and the early checkout. Nearby properties, like Hilton, offer 5x the value for the same price.

So good i extended my stay! Positive: Absolutely everything, this apartment has not one bad thing. The 2 pools beach front is just everything! The view from my balcony of the strip on marina you could watch for hours. The gym is the nicest gym with the best view I’ve ever been in! The host being on WhatsApp whenever you need. The check in being so smooth!

Positive: Очень уютные и чистые апартаменты. Отличная локация, красивый вид из окна, полностью оборудованная кухня, есть все! Хороший пляж

Positive: The location is perfect, the apartment comfortable and the staff by the entrance were very helpful. Negative: I recommend this place if you want to stay for long time, but I don’t recommend it in case you want to go for holidays and stay just a few days, you better book a hotel. This place don’t has a daily housekeeping, they ask extra charge for that ( 280.00 AED per cleaning or 80.00 AED just to give you towels ) I paid more that 1000.00 AED per day and I was expecting for this price to include housekeeping. I even had to buy toilet paper, was just 1 toilet paper in the bathroom. If you just go for holidays, book a hotel or if you don’t mind, arrange the above extra charges.
